Payment and other execution-sensitive workflows are not treated like ordinary chat. They use confirmation and availability gates before progressing.

A few things to know before you start.
Does Ask Cherry use my company finance data?
Only when you are signed in, the company is active, the question needs private context and your user permissions allow the relevant finance domains. Otherwise Ask Cherry uses generic mode.
Can Ask Cherry create things for me?
It can prepare supported workflows such as invoices, quotes and expenses after collecting the required details. You are then taken through a reviewable CherryMoney workflow.
Can Ask Cherry submit VAT or make a payment automatically?
Those are controlled actions. VAT submission and payment-sensitive workflows use availability checks and confirmation rather than being silently executed from chat.
Is Open Banking included?
Not automatically. Live bank-feed access is a separate paid entitlement and also depends on the production Open Banking access switch being enabled.
Which plans include Ask Cherry?
Availability can depend on the current CherryMoney plan, user permissions and enabled features. Check the live pricing page for the plan configuration currently published from Admin.
Can I use Ask Cherry without signing in?
The public site can explain what Ask Cherry does, but personalised company answers require a valid signed-in CherryMoney user with appropriate permissions.
