Fields To Check
These fields matter most for this workflow because they affect records, reports, reminders or customer-facing documents.
| Field | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Organisation type | Controls the bespoke onboarding path and which UK finance workflows are shown. |
| Used for login, verification, password reset and account notifications. | |
| Company name | Creates the first workspace identity shown in the dashboard. |
Tips
Use these checks when something does not look right or the user cannot complete the workflow.
- Use the same email consistently. Duplicate email errors mean the account still exists somewhere, even if it is locked or unverified.
- If no verification email arrives, check Brevo delivery first and then use admin manual verification.
