Fields To Check

These fields matter most for this workflow because they affect records, reports, reminders or customer-facing documents.

Field Why It Matters
Organisation type Controls the bespoke onboarding path and which UK finance workflows are shown.
Email Used for login, verification, password reset and account notifications.
Company name Creates the first workspace identity shown in the dashboard.

Tips

Use these checks when something does not look right or the user cannot complete the workflow.

  • Use the same email consistently. Duplicate email errors mean the account still exists somewhere, even if it is locked or unverified.
  • If no verification email arrives, check Brevo delivery first and then use admin manual verification.
